Our cardio kickboxing classes are for all levels. These classes are taught to high energy music and focus on increasing endurance and can significantly improve cardiovascular fitness levels. You will SWEAT! Our cardio sessions combine powerful punches, high-energy kicks and intense fat burning combos.
